I chose this hotel for its location near the beach and easy accessibility and parking, in addition to its good price. It met my expectations. Comfortable room and good facilities. very close to the exits to the A7 and Elche ring road. In addition I requested a quiet room and they gave us on the top floor in a corner, is appreciated.
I travel a lot and it's been a long time since I've seen milk of such poor quality as this hotel's breakfast. At times I saw water fall instead of milk from the coffee machine. The first day I thought it would be that the milk was running out but no, the second day the same. It was a kind of dirty water with color. Very bad detail that would cost very little to fix, because I say that I had not seen something like that for a long time. Another thing, some elements are outdated. In our room the shower screen or curtain had disappeared and there was nothing. But well, with a little care taken.

Exceptional, clean hotel with outstanding rooms and very nice staff. Magnificent and perfect location in Elche near to good motorway access as well as the shopping centre. Also, easy to find location for overnight stopover prior to flying from Alicante airport.

The hotel features a very comfortable lounge area.
The check-in process was chaotic, with only one staff member available to handle multiple guests. The room I was given was noisy, as I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, quite frustrating.

The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable and spacious and we slept perfectly. They were very kind and gave us 2 adjoining rooms, as we were traveling with small children and being connected everything was much easier. The breakfast buffet was decent for the price. It had cold cuts (including Serrano ham), fresh fruit (a bit overripe in some cases), bread, pastries and some cereals. The hot option was the typical frankfurt sausages, scrambled eggs and some bacon. The staff is very friendly and helpful, a 10 for them.
room needed some repairs and improvements (some broken baseboards, bathroom with rust, shower curtain was small, cistern button got stuck sometimes... From the breakfast, juice was not natural and coffee is very improvable and some options in the fruit were missing. location of the hotel is not the best. It is in a polygon and if you arrive at night it gives a little juju although we had no problem. cleanliness can be improved. It wasn't dirty at all but I have seen cleaner hotels.

Large and spacious room, as well as a comfortable and quite big bed. There was a big desk by the window so you could put your laptop and work if you needed to. Another positive point is that the dryer was powerful (not the typical small one with hardly any power). The bathroom was also spacious, more than enough space to accommodate two people at the same time without any problems.
There was noise in the room coming from the hotel's central air conditioning (we believe this was the source of the noise). The pillows were individual but for my taste they were somewhat small (but they were comfortable, really). One thing I missed was a bigger trash can in the room, since the one in the bathroom would be too small if you wanted to throw away, for example, a big bottle of water (although this is more of a recommendation to the hotel than a negative fact).

The secure underground parking is a fantastic convenience, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about vehicle safety.
The walls were quite thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to seep through, which disrupted my restful experience during the night.

Big comfortable bed, perfect air conditioning, I didn't get cold but I was cool. Big bathroom and two big mirrors. Good value for money. Close to CC Aljub, 20 minutes walk (I was staying for work).
Basic things like water are expensive, in my opinion these sites should offer some free minimums that drinking water is not a whim (2 euros per bottle). Besides, there are no supermarkets nearby to get at a given time. Either you have some money for the machine or you get dehydrated. Water from the shower comes out burning as soon as you open the tap, they should warn you about that because I almost burned myself, or at least regulate it better. Useless wifi, it wasn't carrying anything. I had a cleaning incident with a towel that was dirty, the rest of the cleaning I have no complaints. On the other hand, I did not see anywhere the schedule of the kitchen of the hotel and I called around 23:00 for dinner and had just closed, I do not know if somewhere the schedule came out (although I looked for it and did not see it) but it should be better indicated since that night I had to pull Glovo. Finally, the televisions are screwed to the tables, it was very uncomfortable to work with my computer without being able to move the television that was continually in my way, it seems to me absurd to screw them as if they were going to be taken out of the door, and even if this were the case, they have plenty of methods to claim them later. Even so, they always have the option of anchoring them to the wall as in most hotels.

We enjoyed visiting the local park and dining at a nearby Italian restaurant. The breakfast was quite good and set us up for the day. Plus, the clean rooms and friendly staff added to our positive experience. Don't miss out on the underground parking. It's super handy while exploring.
One downside was the noise from neighboring rooms, which could be disruptive at night.

Affordable accommodation. Basic but clean. Free Parking is a must.
Restaurant closed early. Internet not working in rooms, only at the lobby. Bring shampoo, comb as none as complementary. In the middle of business park. You would need a car to get around.

Perfect for families!
The staff was super friendly, and the room was cozy with a really nice shower. Breakfast was yummmm with plenty of options. Only bummer was the noise from the hall but it didn't ruin our stay. The lounge area was a great spot to chill after a long day out.
